Dark Hetalia: My Guilt

Some facts:
Even though there is no doubt about the participation of Germany in the 2nd World War, many people are still arguing about how many percent of the germans were actually supporting the way of thinking from their "Boss".
Many scientists have tried to put a number on it, but were unsuccessful for the main reason, that the concentration camps were not just for jews, but for everyone that didn't fit to the image.
15,000 homosexual men were brought there (half of them were killed), about 7000 people of catholism and jehovas witness (about 4500 were killed), 3000 "difficult childs" (500 killed), 5000 babies and children under 3 years were killed because of born disabilities, 70,000 people with disabilities (blindness, mental or physial illness, deafness or simliar) were killed and a unknown number of artists, politicians and civilians that openly fought against the regime.
Because most people in Germany were directly or indirectly hit by the cruelty against their fellow people, the thought in science is that at least half of the population had been against the regime, BUT was too afraid to be killed themselves and thus stayed silent. Those that truly followed the regime were mainly those that were born after 1915-1920 and had already been manipulated with the idea of a clean race.
Therefor resulting in a huge mass of people silently following a mad leader into war, despite not believing in the cause of it.

Extra fact:
The most loyal soldiers were - for this reason - the children.
Even when most adult soldiers tried to run and hide, the children that were in charge of the cannons set at the entrances of the cities often fought till they were killed.
